Lovin' your moves

I am completely captured by the sound of Timbre Timber, a Canadian band signed to Arts and Crafts (I won't hold that against them). It's refreshing to hear something that makes you want to sway your hips and snap your fingers. Taylor Kirk's folk-blues vocals remind me of Devendra Banhart, which is always a plus in my book. Don't miss the show coming up on March 11th at the Great Hall for $21. Here is a video from their newest, self-titled album.

American Apparel's Best Bottom Search:

There is no problem with wanting to show off your rear end, especially if it's a juicy apple butt. I just don't understand why you would allow your butt to be rated by a bunch of strangers. American Apparel's Best Bottom Search doesn't surprise me considering Don Charney's management . I wonder how many people are logging on regularly to check their scores - must be sad to be the lowest. The whole rating system is skewed - the best pictures are clearly of better quality and appeal to boners; a little crouch here, a little mesh there, some knee-highs and you get 5/5. There are some oily butts but those don't seem to rate too high - Tyra always says shine is unflattering on the body. The contest does have a strange way of being repulsive and appealing at the same time hence this post. Let me know which you think should win. I personally like the one that I posted she rated a 4.05.
